2 pounds raw green beans
2 eggs
2 cups panko bread crumbs
2 teaspoons white vinegar
Peanut Oil
Horseradish Sauce
Mix the eggs in a small dish. In another dish combine bread crumbs, salt and pepper. In a big heavy pot or deep fryer, preheat the peanut oil to 365 degrees F. Dredge small amounts of green beans in the egg mixture until all beans are coated then roll them in the crumb mixture. With kitchen tongs place a small amount of the coated beans at a time into the hot oil. Cook until slightly brown and crisp, about 5 minutes. Remove from pot, shake off oil and place on paper towels to drain. Serve with Horseradish Sauce. Let me know if you liked them.
